Our school provides students with numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on meaningful roles that contribute to the school community. The Student Council, elected by peers, is a platform for students to voice their ideas, organize events, and address school concerns. Additionally, we offer roles such as class monitors, club presidents, and team captains, enabling students to experience leadership responsibilities within their areas of interest.
Students are encouraged to mentor younger peers through buddy programs, fostering a sense of guidance and collaboration. Our house system promotes teamwork and leadership through inter-house competitions and events. Leadership workshops, public speaking sessions, and participation in Group Discussions for further refine their skills.
We also emphasize social responsibility by involving students in organizing community service initiatives. Through these roles, students learn to take initiative, make decisions, and inspire others, preparing them to become responsible and effective leaders in the future.
